The Kaiserman Company and the Radwyn team are pleased to present Radwyn Apartments residents in 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments with valet / recycling program.

We’ve introduced our new trash removal service.  All you need to do is separate trash from recycling and place it in the designated area by 6 pm on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Our service provider will go through the community and collect your trash and recycling.

A simple three-step process will increase the cleanliness of our community, help us comply with the Radnor Recycling Ordinance, and bring a new level of convenience to you and your neighbors:

1. Prepare your trash for pick-up

Put your bagged trash inside the receptacle we provided, and place it in the designated area by 6 pm on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. If you have a second floor apartment, please carry your trash down the steps and place it at the bottom of the stairs. All trash and recycling materials must be bagged and sealed. We ask that you do not place any loose trash or glass in the receptacles, that you double bag all leaking or torn bags, and do not include oversized items.

2. Prepare your recycling for pick-up

Our service provider uses a single stream-recycling facility, so all of the items listed below can be placed in the recycling container and there is no need to sort: Newspapers, Inserts, Junk Mail, Magazines, Catalogs, Envelopes, Paperback Books, Phone Books, Cardboard, Clean Pizza Boxes, Office and School Papers, Boxboard, Paper Egg Cartons, Paper Bags, Aluminum Cans, Clean Foil, Tin, Aerosol Cans, Empty Glass Jars, Bottles, All Plastic Containers Labeled 1-7. Please remember: all containers must be empty and clean. As with the trash, simply place your recycling receptacle, which we will provide, outside your home along with the trash receptacle, Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.

Your trash and recycling will be collected promptly beginning at 6 pm and hauled to the recycling dumpster or community compactor for you.

3. Bring your receptacles back inside your unit as soon as possible

We hope you enjoy this service, and our continuing efforts to upgrade your community as well as do our part to lessen our carbon footprint.
