In early July, we told you about the changes we made to the Radwyn’s grounds. We’re equally excited about the upgrades we’ve made to the Radwyn’s apartment homes and common areas.
First, we completely renovated the bathrooms. We started by gutting them down to the studs and then installed new tile walls, vanities, medicine cabinets and water saving toilets.
Next, we transformed the kitchens. They now feature granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ceiling lights, new cabinet hardware and the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments have breakfast bars. We even have washer/dryers in all 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments as well as select 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartments! Laundry rooms with card access are conveniently located just steps away for the rest of our residents.
Plush wall-to-wall carpeting has been installed, and there are new tile entranceways in select 2 bedroom apartments. Light switches and outlets have been upgraded, and some apartments now have wooden closet doors.
The only thing we didn’t upgrade this year were the windows. That’s because we installed new pull down windows and window locks just a couple of years ago.
Finally, we also improved our common areas and amenities. Hallways were carpeted and painted, and now feature accent walls. The fitness center has new treadmills and ab machine. Laundry Rooms now have chairs and folding tables. All machines use cards access. No more hunting for quarters!
