Covid 19 Announcement

Radwyn Residents

We hope you are continuing to stay well and following the instructions provided by local and state authorities. For the safety of all team members and our residents, we are moving forward with new preventative measures during this coronavirus response. Please read the below in full.

Social
Distancing

Please respect everyone’s personal space, especially during this time. Take no offense if community residents and staff members stand at least 6 feet away.

Maintenance
Update

Effective 3/24, maintenance will only address emergency issues in occupied homes. Please call 215-546-2525. Before entering your home, maintenance technicians will ask a few basic health questions, to make sure it is safe to enter.

Typical Emergencies

These are classified as typical emergencies. This is NOT a comprehensive list. Contact us for any questions.
  • Fire (Please call 911)
  • Flooding or any active leak (big or small)
  • Gas leak, or smell of gas
  • No heat (When the outside temperature is below 50 degrees)
  • No A/C (When the outside temperature is above 75 degrees)
  • No electricity
  • No hot water
  • Carbon monoxide presence
  • Total plumbing back up (all drains)
  • Toilet stoppage, if there is only one bathroom
  • Security issue (For example, broken windows, doors, or locks)
  • “Chirping” of CO2/smoke detectors, indicating low battery
  • Refrigerator not running
  • Garbage Disposal/Dishwasher/Washer-Dryer issues, which can lead to bigger problems
  • Please continue to report issues and maintenance will handle all life-safety items.

Plumbing

We’d also like to request that residents only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Despite labels calling them “flushable,” wet wipes and cleaning papers will clog drains and cause problems.

Fire Safety

We know that during this “social distancing” time, residents are spending more time in their homes and using their kitchen appliances more often. As such, we are circulating these fire safety tips (further guidance is available online from the National Fire Prevention Association.
  • Never leave your stove or oven unattended while lit
  • Always check your oven before lighting to make sure no flammable items are inside
  • Use your vent fan and your range hood fan every time you are cooking
  • To clear the smoke from your apartment, make sure your kitchen and bathroom vent fans are on and open your window(s) immediately

Staff Whereabouts

As a reminder, most of our leasing staff are now working remotely. The leasing staff and apartment managers can still be reached via email or phone during business hours. Community managers, technicians, and maintenance teams remain on-site.

To our knowledge, there have not been any reported cases of coronavirus at any of our residences. We encourage residents to continue to follow the guidelines provided by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. If you fall ill, please seek medical attention and consult your healthcare provider with any medical questions.

Should have any questions, or if a concern should arise, we are always available. You can speak with Radwyn team member at 610-525-9730 or Email Us

Let’s continue to do our part and work together to maintain the health and safety of our communities.

As always, thank you for calling a Kaiserman Community your home!
