Your family probably has some holiday traditions that started when you were just a kid. Maybe you spent a Saturday every December baking cookies together. Perhaps you’ve always devoted a night to binge-watching your favorite holiday movies. Or you might have fond memories of putting on your PJs, piling into the car, and driving around to see the holiday lights. This roundup of over-the-top light displays in MontCo will help you relive at least one of those traditions.
Head up to Butler Pike in Ambler to see Acteon Networks president Jack Yoast’s locally famous display. On the busiest days of the holiday season, you might even see police officers stationed outside to help direct traffic and park cars along the shoulder of Butler Pike. Find a parking spot, then explore the large display on foot (and donate a few dollars to charity while you’re at it). If you’d rather just do a driveby, see the family home at 78 Level Road in Collegeville, which sparkles with approximately 30,000 lights, plus holiday inflatables
