Offered to prospective residents who work for or are a member of the following employers and groups:
- Any local First Responder – Firefighter, EMT, Police
- Active Military/Veterans (With DD214)
- Professionals employed at SAP, Bryn Mawr Hospital, or any local hospital system
- Educators employed in any local public or private school
- Bryn Mawr College, University of Pennsylvania, & Villanova University Faculty & Staff
Preferred Employer Program Benefits
- $750 security deposit (with approved credit)
- $250 move in credit (can not be combined with other specials)
- No cancellation fee after 3 months of residency if you need to vacate due to company transfer. 60 days written notice is required (with a signed employer letter).
