Preferred Employer Program Benefits

  • $750 security deposit (with approved credit)
  • $250 move in credit (can not be combined with other specials)
  • No cancellation fee after 3 months of residency if you need to vacate due to company transfer. 60 days written notice is required (with a signed employer letter).
