On approximately June 10, 2014 we will begin migrating to a new resident portal and online rent payment system. We expect to be back online by approximately July 15, 2014.
You can drop off your July rent check at the leasing office or mail it directly to us:

Your rent check will be considered on time if our Philadelphia office receives it no later than July 10, 2014. Checks received after July 10th will be considered late. This relaxed due date applies to July rent payments only.
Please note you will need to register in the new system before you’ll be able to submit your August rent payment online.
