If you’re an animal lover, you won’t want to miss Zoo Noel at the Philadelphia Zoo. From December 5th to the 20th, greet the zoo’s animals while you sip on something sweet from the hot chocolate bar and embark on a holiday-themed scavenger hunt. You can even snap a photo with Santa, as he’ll take up residence here for the holidays.
Meanwhile, a mere 10 minutes from home, the Narberth Dickens Festival unfolds on Sunday, December 3rd. This free festival brings thousands of guests to Narberth, which actually plays the part of 1840s-era London for the day. Meet Tiny Tim, Ebenezer Scrooge, and other folks from A Christmas Carol as costumed actors take to the streets and visitors enjoy festive activities.
