Vge Café is serving inspired vegan fare in Bryn Mawr, not far from Radwyn Apartments on the Main Line. The flavorful menu is full of fresh, healthy vegetarian fare. Most of the meals are organic and cholesterol free. The chefs work hard to only use fresh veggies and unrefined grains so you get the most nutrients in your meal. The homemade veggie burgers, made with lentils and sauteed kale, are very popular as is the Caesar salad with tahini based dressing. Don’t forget about dessert.
